2 nabbed for drug trafficking
KUALA TERENGGANU: Police arrested two men, believed to be drug traffickers, here and in Kemaman in the past two days.
In the first case at 12.05am yesterday, a 50-year-old businessman was arrested at his direct-selling shop in Jalan Bukit Besar in Kuala Terengganu following a tip-off.
State Narcortic Department chief Superintendent Roslan Abdul A Lange & Sohne Watches Wahid said the suspect led a police team to a Perodua Kancil car parked near his shop and found 1,346 stimulant pills, worth RM40,380, and RM11,000 cash stashed in a bag. The car was also seized.

Police also froze his bank account.
Meanwhile, on Tuesday, a 49- year-old man was arrested during a raid at his house in Jalan Senangin, Kampung Geliga, Kemaman.
Police seized three packets of heroin, weighing 20g and worth RM2,500.
